THE WORST FAMILY COURT JUDGES IN AMERICA

This is a listing of all Judges and/or commissioners of the Family Court who
 have been brought to our attention as being irresponsible, incompetent,
 uncaring, unjust and have a history of  openly engaging in judicial misconduct
 in their handling of family law and child custody and support cases.
 

CALIFORNIA:

 1. JUDGE ROBERT TAYLOR....Palm Springs & Riverside County California....

  One of the worst and most incompetent Family Court Judges in America.
 Responsible for hundreds of child abuse case victims being allowed to continue
 living with their abusive parents. Completely ignorant of the law and of
 Parental Alienation Syndrome inculcated in children by alienating and
 emotionally abusive parents. Admits in official court documents and
 transcripts that he knows nothing about Family Law and so has to rely on
 divorce lawyers and court appointed psychologists to help him do his job.  In
 spite of his own declarations that he is inexperienced in Family Law was
 nevertheless recently appointed as chief Judge of the Family Law Division of
 the Palm Springs Superior Court.
 

 2. JUDGE CORNELIA SHUFORD-HARTMAN ......Indio & Riverside County California

 A former commissioner of the Indio California Family Court who was found to
 have engaged in serious judicial and personal misconduct in the discharge of
 her duties. Reprimanded by the court and subsequently reassigned to the
 Juvenile court where she currently, (and to no ones great surprise), receives
 more complaints than any other Judge in the entire Riverside County Superior
 Court System combined. This is a woman who was married three times, has a long
 history of closet alcohol abuse, and whose own children have been constantly
 in trouble with the law. In addition she more recently has been the subject of
 a number of other investigations by the court for the many complaints lodged
 against her as well as being extremely lazy, abrasive and failing to carry out
 her duties on the court in a timely manner. She is also known to have ordered
 the sole custody of severely abused children back to their abusing parents and
 has a reputation for discriminating against fathers in child custody disputes.
 

 3. JUDGE WILLIAM ANDERSON....Riverside County California....

 A member of the California Supreme Court’s commission on the problems of the
 Family Court who has done absolutely nothing to implement his own commission’s
 recommendations on how to improve the court or help the many children of
 divorce the commission found were being harmed by the failure of the court to
 protect and serve their best interests. Has also steadfastly refused to even
 consider one of the commissions recommendations to abolish the current
 adversarial system in child custody cases and to introduce a mandatory
 mediation and education program of dispute resolution in its place. This man
 has absolutely no interest in the welfare of children whatsoever and along
 with his Associate Chief Judge of the Riverside County Family Court, Judge
 Edward Webster, officiates over one of the worst Family Court Systems in
 America.
